RESIZE THE DISK PARTITION WITHOUT FORMATTING

ARE U WANTING TO RE-SIZE THE DISK OF YOUR DRIVES THEN FOLLOW THESE STEPS.....

> first of all click on start button

> right click on computer then click on manage 

> now find disk management located under storage and click on it

> now you will need to shrink the volume first if there is no unallocated space but if u have any unallocated space you can use it to expand  the particular volume.

>to shrink volume right click on on a volume then click on shrink volume then adjust the sapace bar  to create an unallocated space.

> after adjusting the space click shrink to decrease the size of the particular partition 

> now u can use that space to increase another partition size.

> to increase the partition ,right click on the partition you want to increase then click on extend volume.

NOTE: 

one u must remember that the unallocated  space must be contagious connecting space behind volume you want to increase or it will not work out or the extended volume option will remain grayed out 

this work only on windows 7 ,vista
